The following are terms of a legal agreement between you (client) and BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO. By Purchasing BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO service(s) or submitting your credit card, or debit card information you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This statement covers all BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO products, services and BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not accept this agreement and may not use BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO’s site or services.

Introduction: BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO, a Florida company, agrees to provide you (the “client”) with advertising business listing services, subject to your compliance with the terms and condition.
Term & Payment: Charges consist of single enrollment fee charge from the start date of account activation and a monthly recurring charge. At sign up, the enrollment fee charge is paid. This enrollment fee is for the creation and activation of client’s Lotus account.
Listing Verification: The client acknowledges and understands that client must provide the Google My Business (GMB) verification code in order to fully complete the Listing service. The GMB verification method is determined on a case-by-case basis, and can be done by mail, automated phone call, automated short-code text message, email, or manual video verification. Client acknowledges that not all verification methods are available, and BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO is not responsible for the verification methods offered by GMB. If client fails to provide the GMB verification code to BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO in a prompt manner, client acknowledges that the effectiveness of the Listing service will stall until the GMB verification code is provided to BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO.
Service Provided: Client understands that BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO attempts to optimize various keywords for the city or cities in which client operates their business(s). The client understands that BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO strives to deliver the services offered in as timely a manner as possible. Client understands that the Lotus package is an organic SEO service designed to syndicate accurate business information across multiple search engines and directory websites. Client also acknowledges that search results and First Page Rankings are influenced by several factors not controlled by BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO, and specific search engine placement cannot be guaranteed for Lotus package clients.
Agreement term, Cancellation and Refunds: Client has agreed to the term of the agreement for the Lotus package, which may range up to a 12-month term. The Lotus Package has a monthly recurring fee, which is determined by the tier of service chosen. BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO will not issue refunds for services already rendered, but exceptions may be made on case-by case basis. When requesting for refund, client must contact Customer Service by email or phone and each case will be reviewed. Refunds are not guaranteed. If a refund is granted, it will only be granted on a prorated basis. A customer may cancel their service within 14 days of payment for full refund, provided that their service has not yet been activated. BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO cannot and does not guarantee a return of investment (ROI).
No Liability: BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO, its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and assign, shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for loss of business profit, ordinances, business information loss, or any other loss resulting from use or inability to use BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO’s products and services. The maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the services provided.
No Liability: BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO, its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and assign, shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for loss of business profit, ordinances, business information loss, or any other loss resulting from use or inability to use BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO’s products and services. The maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the services provided.
8. Clients Disclosure: The client agrees to inform BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO of any Internet marketing/advertising it has engaged or is engaging prior to agreeing to service. Failure to disclose this information may compromise the service provided by BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO. In addition, the customer must provide 1 physical location address per business location, which can receive mail for each location serviced.
Cancellation of service(s): If client wishes to cancel their service, they must call or email customer service to request a cancellation of service. To cancel a monthly recurring charge, client must contact BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO at least 30 days prior to billing date.
Communication: The client agrees to be responsive to BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO requests in a reasonable period of time, and acknowledges if they do not, it may affect performance of such products.
Consent to AutoDialing: You agree and consent that BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO and its affiliates may contact you through an automated dialing device to update you regarding the status of your account.
Terms and Conditions: BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO may change and update its terms and condition without prior notice.
Governing Law and Venue: By purchasing BroadLeaf Marketing & SEO service(s) you agree that the laws of the state of Florida shall govern your agreement.
Read and understood: Each party acknowledges that it has read and understands this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
I hereby agree to receive appointment reminders, information regarding my account, or marketing offers via text messages made by or on behalf of Broadleaf Marketing & SEO to the telephone number(s) I’ve listed above. I agree to receive them even if I have registered my number(s) with my state or federal Do-Not-Call list(s). I understand that these may include advertising containing offers for goods or services and I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time. I also understand that I am NOT required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing goods or services.
